1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoPlayConnect, a service operated by CoPlayConnect LLC ("CoPlayConnect," "CPC," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.

2. Company Information

CoPlayConnect is owned and operated by CoPlayConnect LLC, a registered limited liability company. All references to "CoPlayConnect," "CPC," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms refer to CoPlayConnect LLC.

3. Description of Services

CPC provides:

• A game search engine
• Personalized game recommendations via the GameMatch Arcade™ quiz
• Connection Grade™ breakdowns
• Family dashboards
• Educational and parenting resources
• Optional premium features

CPC does not sell games or guarantee developmental outcomes.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Certain features of CPC require a paid subscription. All payments, billing, tax collection, subscription management, and refunds are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com.

Merchant of Record disclosure: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By subscribing, you agree that your subscription may renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Paddle's customer portal. 5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that CPC will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons, without notice.

6. User Accounts

To access personalized features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CPC for any unlawful purpose
• Engage in fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Infringe intellectual property rights or other legal rights of others
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of CPC, including through malware, probing, scraping, or unauthorized access
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Use CPC for commercial or competitive purposes without our written consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

We may restrict access or remove content at our discretion for violations of these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content — including the Connection Grade™, GameMatch Arcade™, branding, graphics, text, and recommendations — is owned by CPC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from CPC content without permission.

9. AI-Generated Content

Certain content on CPC — including illustrative game cover art and portions of recommendation text and breakdowns — is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. This content is provided for illustrative and inspirational purposes only.

When using AI-powered features, you agree that you:

• Will not use CPC to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, malware, deepfakes, or content that infringes anyone's rights
• Are responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs
• Will verify the accuracy of outputs before relying on them, especially for decisions about your child
• Have the right to any content you submit as input

AI-generated cover images are not official publisher artwork and may not depict actual in-game visuals, characters, or branding. CPC may review, filter, or remove outputs and suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional judgment.

All game titles, logos, characters, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced under fair use for informational and editorial purposes.

10. No Medical, Therapeutic, or Professional Advice

CPC is an entertainment and family-connection resource. It is not a medical, psychological, educational, diagnostic, or therapeutic service, and nothing on the site constitutes medical, mental-health, developmental, or other professional advice. Recommendations, Connection Grade™ breakdowns, and GameMatch Arcade™ results are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified professional. If you have concerns about your child's development, behavior, or well-being, consult a licensed pediatrician, therapist, or other qualified professional.

11. Affiliate Disclosure

Some outbound links to game retailers, publishers, or third-party services on CPC may be affiliate links. This means CPC may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you, if you click a link and make a qualifying purchase. These relationships are disclosed in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Affiliate relationships do not influence our Connection Grade™ ratings, GameMatch Arcade™ recommendations, or editorial content — rankings and scores are determined independently of any commercial arrangement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPC is not liable for:

• Damages from use or inability to use the site
• Third-party content
• Loss of data or unauthorized access
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or goodwill

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to CPC in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if no payment was made. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of CPC after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated policy violations, or at our discretion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
